About Penny

Penny will be 15 December 5, and she does have kidney disease that is well controlled with a special diet. You would never know she has kidney disease! Since she is older, she does sleep a lot, and likes her kennel a lot. We have had her since she was 8 weeks, and she is from Fort Lupton, CO. From the first time we met her she has been a cuddler, and has a very even temperament. She will bark when someone comes to the door, but she calms down quickly. She gets groomed every 8 weeks right now, and it seems to keep her coat in check very well! We are going to a senior living facility, and we cannot take her with us. We didn't feel it would be fair to her to lose a normal home environment. She is a very sweet girl, and is a good companion
