About Molly

We are sad to be looking for a new home for our dog Molly. She is 9 years old and we have been her only owners. We are seeking a new home due to having young children and like many Jack Russell's she has become very territorial. She is good with our older children who are 6 and 4 and would be fine with older children who know how to take care of a dog but she feels threatened by toddlers. She is NOT aggressive and has never bitten or hurt any of the children but has expressed some jealous behavior as we have had to keep her away from our younger children. She loves going for walks, chasing a ball, laying on your lap, and belly rubs. She is a very good dog. She obeys simple commands, we do take her out on a lease because like most jack Russell's she will run if she sees a rabbit or squirrel. Having a fenced in yard or electric fence may be ideal as we did in our old house. She would best be fitted with a person or couple who can give her the attention she deserves and we want to see her in a loving home.
