Hi, my name is Carhtage! I was found abandoned at exit nineteen (19) off I95 in Lumberton and taken to RCHS to help find my owner. Carhtage could be lost but there's a possibility he was dropped off and abandoned.I'm a very friendly Chihuahua and maybe Feist mix, approx. 1 year old, weigh approx. 20 pounds, I'm updated on all age appropriate vaccinations, de-wormed, and. will be neutered on 10/10 before I'm adopted. I'm hoping the right family finds it in their heart to adopt me and welcome me into their home. I'm very sweet and ready for a loving fur-ever home.
