Our lovely Leena recently hit her one-year anniversary at North Central and we're baffled as to how someone as beautiful and sweet could be so overlooked?! Leena has been patiently waiting since SEPT 11, 2018 for her savior to release her from the drab and grey kennels, and it's time for her to shine for the world (especially with that gorgeous tiger-striped coat!)! This 5-year-old, 55 lbs. girl loves to explore and would do well with a family who's as sunny & fun-loving as she is. With a little bit of leash training, you will have a perfect companion for hikes, jogs, or whatever activity you're into! Once you're both enjoying those sweet endorphins, the only reward she needs are belly rubs, and cuddles. (Treats are always appreciated on cheat days.) And don't forget kisses, she loves to shower her people friends with affection! Leena's wishbone snout promises anyone lucky enough to have her a future with a best friend forever. Leena is eager to make her way home -- Come meet her today! We don't know how she would do with other dogs, but she shows a wagging tail when meeting through the fence.
