About sasha

sasha is another senior that we just got in. her owner went into a nursing home and she was sitting at a shelter for the last 5 months with no medical help and when we got her she was in distressed and had a lot of trouble breathing. when we got her to vet we thought we would have to put her down. she was in distress cause she had a lot of fluid around her heart which is symptoms of heart failure. she is now on lasix for her heart and she is doing so much better. she is also eating well too. she is older i am not sure how much longer she has and i am sure she wont find a home but we have to at least try. she is arthritic and does need help getting up to go outside. if you cant adopt consider donating to help with her medical expenses as her lasix monthly is $30 not to mention she has had all her shots, spaying and is microchipped and hw negative. she would be perfect for a laidback family who maybe already has senior dogs. she is great with other dogs and loves her baths. if you can help sponser her pay pal [email protected] and make note it is for sasha
