About Syrus

Syrus is a very sweet family dog who gets along with everybody. He was my husband's friends dog and my husband brought him home without talking to me about it first because his friend could no longer care for him. This made me nervous as we were expecting our first baby and already had 3 cats and 1 dog. He has stayed with us for almost 2 years but things aren't working out as we both work full time and have a 19 month old and a nearly 5 month old. Syrus is very sweet and gets along well with babies, children, men, women, and cats, we just don't have the time or energy to properly care for him and the result is that he gets anxious and becomes mischievous. He needs to get out and play and go on walks. He loves tug-of-war and even plays with the toddler and is very gentle with him. We just want to find him a good home that is a healthier environment for him.
