About Ponce

Ponce is a generous kind and loving dog. My child and I escaped domestic violence and finally we have him free now. Where we are we cannot have pets and my friend lovingly accepted him into their family. They have all instantly fallen in love with him and he with them. This is the first time in his life that he's safe. He's always been loved, but now he's loved and safe. He's in a lot of pain. Before we escaped, we had him to the vet for bumps on his butt and he was given antibiotics and spray. I did that when I was there but after I left it was not continued. His bumps have gotten worse and they are assuming they are tumors. They would like to take an aspiration at the vet to determine what it is to see the prognosis better. They should be removed. That will relieve his pain and help him be happy again. The surgery they are guessing will be $1,500 and he will need recovery time. The loving family taking care of him is unable to do this. I am looking for a family that will love him like their own and welcome him into their family and treat him like the beautiful person he is ... I want a family that will help him get surgery and work with him during the recovery. What I want for him is to be loved, safe and happy. I want him to be treasured. I treasure him so much and only want the best for him. It is a gift to even know this loving soul.
