About Rocco

Rocco is a beautiful 10-year-old buff and white boy with a very sad beginning but hopefully a happy ending. Rocco was found in the streets of Puerto Rico about 9 years ago, he had been beaten to a pulp (we were told probably with a bat) and was gushing blood all over his head and could not walk. A good Samaritan took him in and helped him heal, after which he adopted him and brought him to the US. Unfortunately for Rocco his parents have fallen into hard times and can no longer keep him, so they reached out to us for help...and of course we said YES! Rocco is a mellow and sweet boy...he has a little wobble to his step from his beating 9 years ago but that is barely noticeable, and it doesn't prevent him from doing anything. All he wants is to be part of a family and be loved.
