About Clover

Clover: 'ADOPTION PENDING' -Approximately 6 months old, black & tan, spayed female, natural ears & tail, 9' & 5 lbs. Shots up-to-date & Micro-chipped. Rescued from shelter. Clover was named by the shelter where she was dropped off in a milk crate. She is an absolute doll. I believe she will fit well into most homes. Ideally, I hope to find her a home where she will receive a lot of play time, cuddles, attention, and love like we give her now. She is housebroken and has not had an accident in our home. She is good on a leash with body harness for short walks to the park. She is very timid and shy at the dog park in the beginning but will make friends with other gentle pals. When there are more energetic dogs that come her way she just hides behind me. She is comfortable with her crate as along as someone is in the room with her or will sleep in her human's bed. Clover is very easy going but also enjoys playtime. She's a great companion while I'm working at home. She loves to rest right next to my desk or in my lap but when the kids get home she's excited to play. Clover does pretty well with the command 'sit' and 'stay'. She loves to chase the birds and squirrels in our yard but doesn't catch them. She is so good with children and loves to play fetch with her toys and balls. Clover is great company to take to farmer's markets or outdoor events as she is a calm dog, out in public. She does well going up and down our home stairs. She loves car rides and will curl up and fall asleep within minutes of her car ride.
