About Deano

Deano comes to us from a family that has fallen on some really hard times, and needs to find a new home for their dog. He is approximately 8-9 months old, and weighs about 55 pounds. He may have a little bit more growing to do, and will either be a large medium dog or a smaller large dog when he is done maturing. The family was told he was a labradoodle, flat coated type when they purchased him as a puppy. He is a highly intelligent pup, having already learned many cues. He is crate trained and potty trained. He gets along well with dogs. He's been brought up with children, and does very well. He is an active dog, who loves to play fetch and tag. He likes to lounge in the kiddie pool, so if you have a pool, he will more than likely love to go swimming. He loves to be in the yard, and loves to roll around the grass. He is a fun loving, VERY affectionate dog who will practice leaning in on you every chance he gets. He loves his people more than anything, so we are looking for an active, fun loving family that is going to make him a big part of their lives. He is a treasure of a dog, and whomever gets to adopt him is going to have years of joy and happiness with him by their sides. As part of your adoption contract, you will be required to transport the puppy to complete his/her shots, as well as for their spay/neuter at a later date. While puppies are adorable and cute, they are a lot of work. They take time, dedication, and above all, commitment. They will require training (we give you 4 training sessions with us). The rescue strives to give you a puppy that has a good foundation for you to build upon. We are a FORCE FREE rescue. The adoption contract you will be signing specifically states that you agree to NEVER use any aversive methods nor tools like a shock, prong or choke collar. We are never sure about breed because we do not do DNA (we make our best guess), so if that is important to you, these puppies may not be the right choice for you. Please, consider everything when making a decision to adopt a puppy. As part of your adoption package, each dog/puppy will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip, and be spayed/neutered. You will need to come back to us to complete shots, spay or neuter, hw test. You will receive 6 mths of HW preventative. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food.
