About Dolan

From Monterey Animal Services. Dolan was a stray. He looks to be about 2 years. Corgi / Queensland! There are shelter photos, before he got here. But he is in the house! And have some yard shots. He did really well on the pack hike. He got to go off leash and stuck close. But he's going to have to be bonded with his owner to try this at home. My other dogs help with a pack mentality. Already know, he's excellent in the house, uses a dog door, perfect with other dogs and respectful of people! Dolan went into a great foster home (their 3rd foster for me! Thank you Julia!) and they've had a chance to get to know him while I was away. This is what Julia says: 'I thought I'd write a little info about this boy! He's very shy! I feel like it's only been the last few days that he's started to follow me around a little. He still goes outside at night and when we come home he's always outside until we bring him in. He enjoys being with Karl when he's home by himself.. when the boys get loud or people come over he tends to go hide. So maybe a more mellow home.. He's good on the leash, he likes to go for a sniff, more than a walk, so a walk on the leash takes a while.. I have been letting the leash go a little and he doesn't bolt, after a walk I let it go and he knows which house to go to. He loves affection especially tummy and ears, and he loves his treats!
