About Jinger

5 yr old red girl, currently 13lbs, docked not cropped, up to date on vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and on heartworm prevention. Jinger was rescued from a local shelter after her former owner passed away. She is extremely sweet but a shy little girl, having lived a sheltered life with one owner. She is house-trained to a doggie door with an outdoor, full enclosure and is crate-trained. She is doing well on a schedule in rescue (we do not have a doggie door) but is not fond of the leash. Once she learns to trust you she's like Velcro! Jinger loves to get in your lap and snuggle, her little tail wags so fast it's a blur. This lovable, slightly roly-poly needs to watch her girlish figure and avoid people food. But it has given her a butter-soft, luxurious coat that you can't stop petting, and she's equally happy to have you do it! Jinger came in with Jingles from the same household and they are a bonded pair, they are very close and never far from each other. They love their blankie and will happily burrow together all night - its all one curled up bundle! They are true heart-stealers, the nicest minpins we've ever enjoyed.
