About Foxie

** update - adoption pending Foxie is a sweet natured girl, she can be a bit nervous but responds well to lovey words and treats. Foxie weighs 4.5 lbs Her date of birth is 12/18/2009 She eats Wellness Core Grain Free food, she doesn't handle people food very well. She gets an occasional special dinner of chicken breast and pumpkin or some scrambled eggs. She has arthritis in her back legs but is in overall good health. She needs several short walks throughout the day to keep her healthy and active. Foxie is vibrant and lovey. She can make you smile after the toughest of days. She doesn't do well with young children but would make great company for a quiet teenager. I have had Foxie since she was 9 weeks old, we have moved around quite a bit and she has adjusted well to new climates. She has shared a home with a Yorkie her own size and they got along very well. She was a great big sister showing the little one the ropes. We recently returned the little one to her family after they spent three years overseas. Foxie needs some extra loving and attention that I will not be able to provide her. I will be moving again and taking a job that will require more time and travel. When she was younger she did well in her training courses at PetSmart and was a frequent visitor to the Doggie Day Camp. She grew up on the beach in California before we made our way to the East Coast.
