About Peter

Peter is a perfect pup in so many ways. For one thing, this Rattie mix is a perfect size for snuggling in your lap. He's just 12 1/2 lbs., and at 11 months old, he's probably already at his full-grown weight. He's sweet and easy-going and gets along with his two canine foster siblings, a 20-lb. Rat Terrier and a 70-lb. Rhodesian Ridgeback, as well as three kitties. (He's merely curious about the cats.) He'll be happiest in a home with a playmate for him and a fenced yard as he's used to running and playing! He hasn't yet attained perfection in house-training as he still has the occasional accident, but he has quickly learned that 'let's go potty' means it's time to go out and take care of business. He's such a smart little fella that it shouldn't be long until he's completely house-trained. Doesn't Peter sound like the perfect pooch for you?
