About Stormy & Lightning

From their foster mother: I am NOT a cat person, or so I thought... My daughter wanted a cat so bad, that I decided to see if there were any little lives we could help, under the condition, they would eventually find forever homes. That's when we met Stormy and Lightning! Stormy is our little grey(with stripes) pouncer! He loves to hide and lay in wait for someone (or his sister)to walk by so he can jump out or run by. He loves wrestling with his sister, snuggling with her, and eating with her, but he's also quite independent. He loves exploring. I always find him underneath something just taking everything and everyone in. He also loves to snuggle and has a great purrr but really seems to find it relaxing, to learn about the world around him. Oh! And he has a great appetite. His sister Lightning is also an observer. She's mostly white with black patches and a unique pattern over her left eye. She loves to climb! Most days I find her everywhere BUT on the floor where I left her. On the island in the kitchen, on the buffet in the dining room, on the bed, on a stool... you name it, and she'll climb it! She also loves cuddles and has an equally awesome purrr!?? She's sweet, and quite the little lady. Once she finds her perch of choice, she loves a good tongue bath ? She's also not afraid to ask for what she wants with a loud meow for water, food or even attention. Both her and Stormy enjoy relaxing together after a good meal. Both kittens are used to being around young children (5-8y) and being picked up (constantly) and snuggled with (ALL THE TIME- my kids can't get enough!) They are also used to non aggressive dogs, we have 2, who btw have also developed a love for Stormy and Lightning. ???????? These kittens love toys and lots of love. Though I now have a love for kittens (I'm still on the fence about cats ?) I pray they find a home together where they can continue to feed off each other's energy and continue to feel safe and loved. If I had a clone, we'd keep them. It's just a a bit more on my to-do list that I can continue with through the rest of the year. We will miss them terribly, but my kids now understand and realize, we can't continue to save little lives if the house is too full of others we never set free. ?
