About Norma

Norma is about ready for adoption, so I figured we would start taking applications to find the perfect home! Norma is the emaciated dog we got off the streets, she was kept in a small crate and when she got here couldn't stand up all the way. She has been severely neglected her whole life, with very little human contact. Once she was adopted from kootenai county she got out of her yard and was surviving on the streets for about 3 weeks. We are going do be very picky where she goes as a move will be hard enough on her. So when applying please be understanding that we want the very best for her! *Norma should be in a home with another laid back dog, it helps her come out of her shell and shows her what to.do in a home setting. *The family needs to be extremely patient, she will need slow movements, a soft voice, and time��� *NO kids, Norma has not had alot of human interaction, so she would do best with no kids at all. *Norma would do best with someone that works part time or is retired to meet her emotional needs.
