About Lola

Lola was surrendered to a high kill shelter in Texas most likely by a backyard breeder who was done with her. She had terrible ear, skin and eye infections. Some of this caused by fleas and the rest simple neglect. We had Lola treated and gave her medicated baths then medically updated, spayed and heartworm tested (negative for HW as well as tick borne diseases) She was then put on preventative, micro-chipped and boarded. Lola is reported to be sweet and easy-going with everyone. It will take some months of medicated baths, great food and vitamins to get her skin and haircoat where they should be.
