About Buddy

[Read About Natural Seizure Care] We are looking for a forever home for Buddy. He is a 3 year old GSD that has been passed around to 6 different homes in the past few years. Someone got him from a shelter in New Mexico last year who then gave him to a lady who moved him to Ohio and kept him tied up outside. His seizures are controlled with his medication that he only needs twice a day and it costs less than $30 a month. He does fine with other dogs and kids but does show signs of stress breathing in high activity environments. He is a very mellow dog with no prey drive and seems fairly unbothered by most things including vacuums. You could literally vacuum him and he wouldn't move. He loves squeak toys and long naps. We have a trainer working with him weekly, he is current on vaccines, given heart worm meds monthly and has no other health issues. Please know that he is a rescue dog though so he will need a family that is patient, loving, and willing to work with him. He needs to learn to build trust and understand home boundaries.
