This handsome guy named Capone has a story and as most here at the shetler it is not a happy one. Capone was rolled by a car a few weeks ago. It left him with some scrapes and a twist to his body. The hit also truly knocked him for a loop and at first, he couldn't hold himself upright. Since then he has been able to walk again on his own. He still has a funny gait and doesn't always walk straight. He spins around a bit more than most dogs and always turns in a circle when going potty. Other than that Capone is a well-behaved, loving and friendly boy. This large pit mix thinks he should be a lap dog and tries his best to make it happen. Capone walks well on a leash and holds his bladder as long as he can hoping to go outside instead of in his kennel. Capone is a quiet boy here at the shelter and doesn't join in with all the barking. Capone is good with most dogs that aren't male and his size, he doesn't mind males that are smaller than him. Capone's favorite place to be is at your side so he would make a great companion dog. If you would like to give this sweet boy a place in your home please apply online at rosscountyhumanesociety.org. Capone's adoption fee is $132.
