About Liv

Hello there, my name is Liv. I was given my name as a happy little reminder that every day is a gift and that you should live life to the fullest. I am a black lab mix puppy, aprox 16 to 18 weeks old, that was found out in the woods with my big brother after someone left us there alone to fend for ourselves. Luckily for us our foster mom, took us home, gave us a bath, fed us, gave us plenty of toys, lots of snuggles and belly scratches, and a cozy bed to sleep in. I have been enjoying the princess lifestyle ever since! I get along well with other dogs but I am very timid, shy, and submissive at first. I am learning my manners and do well with patient kitties also. I am getting better at going to the door and sometimes I even sit and stare at the window as well to let my foster mom know I need to go outside to go potty between regular potty breaks. I sleep in my crate at night with very little fussing when it is bedtime. I am an absolute sweetheart with giant, expressive brown eyes that loves snuggling with my humans. I enjoy long walks and I don't mind running to keep up with you. I love to play fetch but sometimes I forget that I'm supposed to bring the ball all the way back to you when you throw it. I really enjoy playing with my toys and my deer antler is my favorite. I especially love chewing on anything I can find to help my big teeth grow in which is why my foster Mom gives me so many toys. I sometimes chew on things I'm not supposed to, but I do well when corrected and given a toy that is okay to chew on instead. My favorite part of the day is anytime I get the chance to lay in the big bed or on the couch with my foster Momma and get my tummy rubbed while I lay my head on her chest. I also like to follow my human everywhere like a four legged shadow and I will just sit nearby and observe whatever you are doing intently.
