Meet Royal- an approximately 70 pound 3 year old pit mix with the most striking brindle tones. He is neutered and up to date on shots. Due to unexpected family circumstances with housing- he is seeking an active family life. Having lived with children and babies- in a very busy house hold- he'd sure like to enjoy a family life he is accustomed to- without cats- as they are just much to fun to chase. He has good potty manners- and will let you know by sitting at the door and whine to get your attention. He also knows basic commands. What he does need- is to learn not to jump on you when he gets over-excited. His new family will have to work on that. If presented with a person that gives him a caution- he will quietly growl to let you know- 'hey, I am not sure about this person'. So let him know it is ok. He has never ever harmed anyone. He is very protective of his bones with other dogs. But never a problem with babies or children. He loves children. On the rare occasion he doesn't want to be pestered- he will just go off to a quiet place on his own. Overall he is a happy well adjusted boy.
