We have a special needs dog here who is looking for a loving home! We call him Chuck for short because Jacques just doesn't roll off the tongue easily! (and he responds much better to Chuck!). This boy is so full of love even though he is visually challenged, and just wants a home that will love him back. He is quite functional, sees fine, just has a limited range of vision. He has what is known as Microphthalmia, a condition which is marked by smaller eyes which appear somewhat recessed in the eye socket, creating a limited field of vision as mentioned earlier. He is a beautiful red color in the summer, and is a gorgeous brown now that the weather is turning colder! Chuck is a really great dog, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and groomed, and doesn't need much to make him happy. A warm place to sleep inside, a family to love and accept him, two good meals a day (he likes his food!) and he will be a great guard dog unlike most huskies-he always lets us know when someone comes around. Do you have room in your heart/home for a husky in need?
