About Dougie

Dougie is a 6 to 7 year old Chiweenie ( Chihuahua / Dachshund mix, 12 lbs and is simply perfect. He was surrendered to us because the family just had a baby and their little guy developed allergies to the dog. Under those circumstances unfortunately Dougie had to find a new home so he came to us. He is very quiet, low energy and is fantastic with kids, people and other pets of all kind. He doesn't need an active owner, actually someone who is home and let them follow him around and watch TV :-) He is very easy to please. Stroll around the neighborhood will be plenty of exercise for this little lazy guy. If you would like to meet Dougie, please send us a message in order to receive an application. We are only able to meet with pre approved adopters since we do not have a shelter available to the public. Dougie's adoption fee is $ 350 which includes all vaccines, heartworm test, neuter and micro chip. Our adoption fees are NOT negotiable!!!
