About Freddie

Meet Freddie. Our Executive Director spotted Freddie while dropping her son off at Frederica Academy. Freddie appeared to be injured and unable to walk. She also had a severe flea infestation, was exhausted and terrified. However, she was also good natured and seemed grateful for the help. Freddie has now graduated from Frederica Academy to the Humane Society where she is safe and receiving lots of love, attention, and much needed medical care.Because we were not sure of the extent of her injuries, she was taken to Seaside Veterinary Hospital for X-Rays. It was determined that she had an old injury to her pelvis that likely never healed properly. Freddie is approximately 3 years of age, about 50 pounds and has been treated for heartworms. She is spayed, microchipped and current on core vaccines.
