About Foxy

This lovely girl is Foxy. She is a 14 year old Shepherd, maybe part herder, mix who weighs about 30 pounds. She is a perfect size to go on rides and travel. Foxy's family has a sudden family event that leaves them without good options for Foxy. They love her and want her to have a wonderful new home. Foxy is such a good girl. She is house and crate trained. She knows her basic commands like sit and stay. Foxy is lovely with other people. She even lives with a 2 year old child and is polite with that kiddo. She is wonderful with other dogs, large and small. She does tend to prefer dogs her size and larger, but she adapted to a friend of any size. She likes to have a dog pal to play with. She also simply ignores cats. Foxy is good on leash. She needs to get out on a walk at least daily. Don't let her age fool you. She is a fun girl. Also, she is fine in the car and has gone on short car trips. Foxy is very very loyal. She will love and snuggle with her person. She also sometimes sneaks up into the couch when nobody is looking. Foxy is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. She is a healthy and happy girl. She is located in San Diego. We do not ship our dogs. She is available for a meeting and adoption in SoCal. A home visit and vet reference are required.
