Albie - AVAILABLE! :) M, 11 y/o, 40 lbs Labrador Retriever mix Neutered ////// Poor Albie! This ol' guy has been shot at and manages his arthritis well enough to follow you around the house all day. But what he's really looking for is a friendly lady who'll let him lounge with her on the couch and gum soft toys all day. He likes the ladies pretty well but needs some time to warm up to men (must have had bad experiences in the past. Housebroken, foster says he's an easy pup to have especially for someone looking for a low-key pup! ////// HISTORY: Albie (FKA Big Boy) has arthritis, barely any teeth left (had to be removed), and has a couple of BB pellets still in him. Amazingly, none of that has stopped him from being fully mobile enough to roam around the house every day nor is he required to be on any special medications or diet except what you can find over the counter (like glucosamine/ chondroiton supplements). We've had him checked out at our vet with lots of blood tests including for disease and senior panel work with no current concerns. We had him treated for heartworm infection using a 6-month slow kill method due to his age. ///// FOSTER / ADOPTION Our adoptable pups are up to date on shots, spayed/neutered, and fully vetted!
