About Luigi (formally Felix)

8 year old male Chihuahua / Terrier / Pug (?) mix, about 15 pounds. He has a very interesting 'look' with a distinct under-bite and black muzzle. He did have two very protruding teeth that added to his look, but they were pulled during his dental cleaning. So now he just has the funny missing hair. Per the vet, its just cosmetic but was probably caused by a burn. But don't judge a book by its cover! Luigi may be funny looking, but his personality is amazing! Sweet, quiet, snugly, loyal, well behaved and house broke - this guy has it all! He's playful, loves his toys and to burrow under the covers. He likes to walk and loves to snuggle on the couch. Luigi is great with other dogs tending to be submissive and staying out of trouble. Absolutely solid with kids of all ages and will be a forever buddy to a child. He has a few tricks up his sleeve and knows how to look pathetically cute while sitting up and begging for attention without making a sound! He would be fabulous for a family and also for single person looking for a loyal friend.Look beyond the snout and plain tan package and you will not be sorry you adopted this little man. He was originally adopted in 2014 and returned a few days ago as his adopter has cancer. :( Adoption contract and fee applies. All adoptable dogs can be met at adoption events hosted every weekend.
