Hi, my name is DAPHNE A4285644 I am an 8 year old grey and white spayed, American Pit Bull Terrier, and I weigh about 60 lbs. I have at the shelter since July 5, 2019. Everyone who meets Daphne falls in love with her. She may sweetest pups in the shelter. Daphne is an older gal at 8 years definitely ahead of her. She�%BCs got a pep in her step and and could use some more, since she�%BCs gotten kind of soft, just sitting all the time. Daphne has the best smile When she smiles at you you can�%BCt help but smile yourself. She gives very gentle kisses and likes to lay in the grass or perhaps the couch. Daphne prefers to be your one an only. Notes from a Day Foster person who recently spent time with Daphne: 'I took Daphne out for foster on Thursday. As I type this, Daphne is resting her head on my arm, looking up at me with big brown eyes. Since Thursday, she has conquered her fear of stairs and discovered the joys of sleeping on the couch. She makes the funniest grunting sounds when she changes sleeping positions. She gives soft kisses and requests rubs by gently placing a paw on your hand. Daphne never leaves your side-unless someone has food. She likes soft toys and our 8-year-old daughter. She's a Kong connoisseur and a lover of fine meats.
