About FANNY FOO

We are thrilled to share that Fanny Foo is doing so much better! She's had 3 acupuncture and chiropractic sessions and is now so much more engaged, she's much more comfortable in her body, and her spunky little personality is starting to show! She'll always be a special needs gal and not just because she's blind, she still has some neurologic deficiency's that may or may not improve as time goes on. But given the amount of improvement she's had this past month, we have high hopes it will!! She still needs her water intake monitored because she doesn't seek it out; she needs to be taken outside on a regular basis because she doesn't always announce she has to go, but she also doesn't go inside, she'll patiently wait to be taken out so that's a plus! She's going to need a family who will be able to give that extra bit of care she needs because she is still very dependent on us. Her ideal home would have either no other dogs or another low energy dog who'll give her space. She's not 'aggressive' but she doesn't have any interest in interacting with other dogs and will snap if they get too close. She seemed fine around the few kids she's interacted with, but they would need to be respectful and aware of her space. She loves ALL people! She loves to be held, give kisses, and just wants a lap to spend her days on. She is such a special creature and we are so eager to find her a loving forever family!
