About Kangsan

Adoption Fee: $400
Jindo mix
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Meet our majestic Kangsan! He is a male Jindo that is 4 years old and weighs 60 pounds. Kangsan is a local surrender - his previous owners bought him as a puppy from a breeder and his story begins typically as a cute bear-like puppy, but misunderstood what he needed physically as well as emotionally. When Kangsan arrived, this handsome guy was not socialized around humans or dogs, and he was pushy and tested our team for a few days. We persisted which ultimately won Kangsan's trust and respect - now he has become a total teddy bear. With structure, boundaries, and lots of fulfilling excercise, Kangsan has transformed into the dreamboat that we always knew he had in him. But his work is not done. He needs a patient, strong adopter who can guide him through everyday life and provide a stable home. He not only needs love, but also the proper fulfillment, and enrichment that he deserves. He will need continued training. Kangsan is insecure around some dogs and would need an experienced only-pet home. Please consider applying to adopt Kangsan! Note: Kangsan's adoption fee is $400. As an adopter of a rescue animal, you are willing to accept the imperfections and baggage of an animal's past and will work with them, train them, and love them for all that they are. Our adopted dogs who have gone to patient, loving families have had some incredible transformations, and we hope to provide each and every one of our rescues with this opportunity for a new life. We absolutely love seeing photos of our alums relaxed and smiling in their new adoptive homes, and we hope that you will consider adopting one of our pups and give them the opportunity to grow and find happiness with you.
