General is a very sweet thirteen year old Bengal cat. We adopted him in November of 2018 after my parents retired and wanted to travel pet free. General was used to living in a kid free home and we think that living with our two year old twins has been stressful for him. The kids can be loud and are very high energy. We would love to find him a quiet home where he can continue to live stress free. General was in great health with my parents but soon after moving in with us he has been marking down in our basement and losing weight. We have taken him to the vet and blood work and urinalysis have been clear. After trying several measures to help General feel at home he is still struggling and has begun urinating more frequently in our basement. General seems especially fond of males and loves to sit in someones lap whenever available. We love General and will continue to care for him if we do not find him an adoptive family but we hope that finding him a new home will get him back to normal.
