About Chet

Despite the sad circumstances Chet found himself in through no fault of his own, Chet is a very happy & loving boy. Chet loves attention and belly rubs. Despite his muscles, this boy is frightful of thunderstorms so he needs a family that will enjoy giving extra love when weather is bad. Chet plays well with others dogs, but he does try to taken an alpha dog role when other mae dogs his size come around. While he does fine with small dogs, he likes to chase cats and other small critters. He is very smart, eager to please & listens well on/off leash. He loves to play with kids and loves a good tug of war and playing fetch. He does well with 2 good walks a day) he is potty/crate trained. He would do great with an alpha male in the family, The vett's office always gives Chet so many compliments on what a ell behaved boy he is in comparison to other dogs. Chet weighs approx 65lbs and is UTD on vaccines, & on preventatives neutered and microchipped. HIs foster dad would love to keep him, but he already has 2 personal dogs and wants to keep help rescuing other dogs by keeping a spot open for fosters. Chet has been living with 2 male dogs his size and 2 boys ages 11 and 9 and has done great with the family!
