About Stan

Adoption Fee: $300
Jack Russell / Bull Terrier
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Lover boy, Stan! Hi! I'm Stan, and I'm somewhere between 5 and 7 years old. I'm a male terrier mix, and weigh about 30 lbs. I was rescued from the Ensenada shelter in September and cannot wait to meet ya! Currently, I am excelling at bathroom training and walking on the leash, sticking by your side if you say, 'with me'. My past was a bit rough, if you look at my picture, you'll notice that I have a lil' torn ear. I also walk with a hitch on my back leg. TAP believes there was a broken leg in my past that healed incorrectly. Don't worry! It doesn't hamper me at all. All I do is walk with a little limp and hold my leg up while running. When I was at the shelter, I had a bad case of mange, but I'm all recovered now! I am such a lover boy! Every day, I will give kisses to the dogs I'm staying with. My fav friend is a small min pin (but don't tell the others!). Even though I am very friendly with dogs, I may get worried around anxious or aggressive dogs. I love kids, however, due to my leg, I may do better with older kids. I haven't met any cats yet. My foster says that I have this quiet intelligence about me with eyes forever seeking love. When I cuddle with you, I make sure you see my strong spirit. I will love you like there's nothing stopping me! I tend to stay quiet unless you start a game of fetch, then I will light up with content! I don't let my leg slow me down (I'm just so happy to go on adventures with you!), I love my walks, car rides, beach trips, and FOOD! I'm a survivor and needs a family to make up for the lost time with truckloads of love. All I want is someone who treats me like family. My adoption fee is $300 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip.
