About Benji

Benji is an amazing 5 year old boy who was rescued from a local shelter over a year ago. He is a full 90 lbs of love. Benji is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He is a snuggler and amazing with people and children, including strangers. Benji does NOT bark, lick, or jump on you at any point. He loves his butt rubbed and lots of hugs. Benji is house trained and such a good boy. He will sniff his leash or pace around the house when he has to go to the bathroom more than usual. He is used to a condo with no yard and getting three nice walks per day. But, Benji needs a family who has time to give him tons of love!! A backyard is a plus for added exercise and fun. Benji is trained on a leash. He is sweet with most dogs. He has not been around cats as far as I am concerned. He needs to be properly introduced to other dogs. Benji is used to being king of the house and he has lots of beds and loves his blankets. Benji is currently fed once a day on a high quality raw food diet. He has been on flee and heart worm control, and he gets his anal glands expressed monthly at the vet. Benji has been cared for extremely well, but time and attention is compromised. He deserves more time and love as well as exercise. He loves being around lots of people and children and his face lights up during these times. Please help! I will keep him until a good family is found.
