Hi, my name is WENDALL - ID#A4311770. I am a neutered male, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier, and I weigh about 70 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 8 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Sep 01, 2019. Such a CUTE Senior guy! And those EARS! This handsome guy came in as a Stray out of Phoenix & his Owners have still not come for him so he has been made Adoptable in hopes his new family sees him very soon. He is about 70 lbs and was a bit shy at first but quickly realized I was the snack lady, and all was OK. He does have medical notes he has a 'darkly pigmented skin mass' at his left stifle and an additional 'more lightly pigmented lesion' at his right tibia that he will need follow up on with a Full Service Vet upon Adoption/Rescue. Wendall's doggie evaluation notes indicate he greeted, coexisted, and tolerated play solicitation from a friendly female dog and they explored the yard together. As always, introductions at the Shelter with current doggie family members are highly recommended as long as furry family members are current on vaccinations. The Shelter is also recommending kiddos ages 12+ for Wendall. This handsome guy needs out quickly to get the second chance he deserves, so please consider Wendall for your next furry family member.
