Hi, my name is CASSIDY - ID#A4315044. I am a spayed female, white and brown American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 8 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Sep 12, 2019. Cassidy is a fun, silly girl of about 8 yrs old who is ITCHY. She came in with some hair loss and probably recently had puppies that weaned. While she is trying to be fun, she has to stop to scratch. She has a wonderful smile and she wears it all the time, despite the itchies. She could have allergies and that could put her at risk. Allergies are notoriously hard to control in the shelter environment. She coexisted during her dog evaluation, but definitely enjoyed the company of the people in the yard more. A dog intro should be done to ensure the right match. We do not know how she is with kids, cats or small dogs. Cassidy has been placed on pre-euthanasia list, so she doesn't have much time left.
