About Forest

Forest was purchased from a breeder by my father for my younger brother several years ago after our mom passed away. My dad is legally blind and my younger brother struggles with depression so unfortunately, neither is able to give Forest the attention he deserves. I tried to housebreak him but I don't live at home, so my attempts were never successful so he is NOT fully house broken. He also needs to get all of his shots, he has not had any since his puppy shots. He is fully AKC registered and I think I know where his paperwork is (don't hold me to that, though). Forest is also handicapped, his back right leg is rigid and doesn't bend, so he has a limp. The breeders stated he was born that way- it doesn't cause him any pain. Forest needs to be the ONLY dog in his home. He is energetic and full of love and light. He needs a lot of TLC but I think he's more than worth it, it's just that his owner, my dad can't give him that love and I'm not in a position to bring him home with me. It's breaking my heart to post him for rescue, but he deserves so much more than he's been given. He's the goodest boy.
