About MASHA

MASHA...is a darling LILAC POINT HIMALAYAN. She is around 5 years old, spayed and has her claws. She weighs around 7 pounds and has a silky white coat with point of pale gray and bright blue eyes. Masha was found wandering as a stray in Illinois and brought to a local shelter and then on to SPCR. She was very matted and badly needed a dental for all her infected teeth. Of course we took care of all that so she is now happy and healthy and looking for a great home that will keep her INSIDE. :) Masha is a very animated, funny little cat who follows her foster mom around to see what she is doing and always hopes there is canned food involved. She enjoys attention, petting and combing but like most female Himmies she is independent and when she is done she is done. Masha does not like other cats and wants to be the queen of her domain. A cat friendly dog would be fine. She would do best in a cat experienced adult home familiar with the coat and eye care of flat faced breeds. Please take a look at her YouTube video.
