About Fannie

Say hello to Fannie, beautiful double dapple girl, 8 years, a chubby 17 pounds, in her way to about 12, 13 pounds. Fannie is a devoted companion, very affectionate, loves belly rubs. Fannie is shy of strangers. She was very scared when she came to rescue, having been in one place only before that without much socialization. Once Fannie knows and trusts people, she is sweet, funny, full of doxie personality. She loves toys and especially balls! Fannie will carry her ball around, retrieve it, roll around on her back while holding it. Fannie gets along with the other dogs in her foster home, though she is alpha and can clash with another alpha. She will play and cuddle. She also does not like to share her food. Her new family must be on board keeping Fannie on track to keep losing weight and maintaining once achieved. Fannie has recently had a dental cleaning too. She has excellent potty habits.
