About Duke (west)

Hi, my name is DUKE - ID#A4307197. I am a neutered male, black and white Boxer mix. The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 1 month old, and I have been at the shelter since Aug 26, 2019. This puppy was surrendered by his owners who said he was left outdoors when they were at work, and he chewed on stuff (bored). Duke is an active and playful little guy - he's still just a puppy after all. He knows 'sit', and gets along good with other dogs. We recommend older kids for now, because Duke hasn't yet learned not to jump on you. He does pull some when walking on a leash, but usually calms down quickly. He has a rough and rowdy play style, but that will get better as he ages, and learns socialization skills. Boxers are generally goofy dogs, and you will no doubt be totally entertained by Duke's antics. Please consider this young man for your next furry family member.
