About Poppy

This sweet boy is now heartworm free and ready for adoption. He is growing, weighing 45 pounds. He turned six years old on December 25th. He is a small pit bull mix who survived many tragic events while just a puppy. He's got a strong will to live and be loved. He enjoys playing with other dogs and toys. He thinks he is a tiny, lap dog, wanting to sit in the recliner with anyone. Poppy is neutered, leash, kennel, and house trained. He goes to the door and sits when he needs to go outside. Beautiful coat, despite the scars from injuries he received early in life. He's been in our care for three years now. He's not aggressive. He lives everyone and everything. Because of his breed and history, adoption applications have been minimal. He longs for a forever family to love him and make him the newest member. The adoption cost covers vaccines, microchip, and neuter. Help with transportion arrangement.
