About Secret

Urgent! 'It's no secret, Secret got her name for a few reasons - she's shy and can keep a secret...and underneath all the shyness, she's actually a super duper love bug (it's her secret). When I went to take Secret out of her kennel, she was noticeably a bit scared of my hand. I earned her trust and she let me leash her up and walk outside. While outside, she remained a bit weary of my hand so I gave her time and space but she stuck by my side the whole time. I crouched down to her level and as quite a shock to me, she crawled into my lap and wrapped her paws around my neck and shoulders like a koala bear. She clung to be for a long time, just wanting to be close and loved. I didn't want to ever get up because I knew in that time, she felt safe. Secret will probably take some time to warm up to anyone she meets, but it's 100% worth being patient because being loved by her is the best feeling. She is on the smaller side and has the kindest smile and silly ears. She walks nicely on leash and seemed interested in meeting other dogs.' This sweet girl is super worried and sad being here at the shelter. You ca see it in here eyea. Please consider saving this sweet girl before she is killed. The shelter is a high kill one.
