About MIYAH

Miyah was enrolled 10/4/2019 in the S.C.A.R, inmate training program provided by the Va. Dept of Corrections. She will be house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and taught basic commands. This is a 12 week program which she will complete in Jan 2020, but we are taking applications now. If you are interested in Miyah please apply now with Paws of SWVA. Miyah is a husky mix, around 2 years old and weighs 33 lbs. She is up to date on her vaccines, spayed, and heart worm negative. Miyah has basically lived her life on a chain but is allowed to get out and run at times. She seems to do well around other dogs, but cats are unknown. She is a friendly girl and calms down once she releases some of her built up energy, so she will need some work on the leash.
