HELLO! I'm QUINCY, an adorable, 2 y/o, 25lb scruffy terrier mix looking for a foster or forever family. I'm a lucky dog who smoozed my way into the shelter shortly before Dorian hit my Carolina town. Then Lulu's stepped up to help me find a new home making this sweet little fella the luckiest pup in the South. Can't wait to share my joy with you!
