About Mercury

Making his RescueMe debut since his trapping in the Short Pump Walmart Parking Lot, please welcome Mercury. This approximately fourteen week old four pounder has an amazingly soft and silky coat and is a purring machine. When I approach his habitat he immediately starts chirping/talking to me letting me know that he ready for pets and tickles. He is smitten with all of my kitties and enjoys playing paws with three foster kittens through the bars of their habitat. Mercs has even decided that my dogs are okay by him and perks up whenever one of them ambles by. A toy tosser supreme this little guy, who I believe will be a big boy given the size of his paws, happily entertains himself when he is not the center of attention. His distinctive M on his forehead and his marble swirls give him the appearance of a Classic Tabby, but his personality and size lead me to believe he has some Maine Coon in his lineage. Located in Richmond, Virginia, distemper and rabies vaccinated, neutered and feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus negative, Mercury is all set to adopt a human to call his very own.
