Hope-11 year old female from a southern shelter She was part of a seizure of dogs many of who had health issues. Hope was one of the girls who was diagnosed with heartworm and has received treatment. Hope is more energetic than most 11-year-olds, enjoys walks, squeaky toys, and head scratches. She has come to enjoy human attention, and wants it all to herself! We recommend Hope be an only dog as she can get jealous easily with other dogs around. Hope is a sweet girl, she seems like she's had a rough life prior to being in rescue. She was one of the last dogs to be pulled from the shelter. She's ready for the retirement lifestyle and to enjoy being a dog. If you think Hope would be a good match for you, please complete an application for adoption on our website (WWW.nbrescue.com). We do local adoptions only. We are based in eastern PA, and work in northern MD, Washington, DC and Delaware. We do not ship pets outside of our area. adoption fee is $75 Characteristics Attention Hound, Sweet, Shy around Men
