About Mariah

Literally the sweetest DIVA! Mariah is a 1 year old, 40 lb, female Border Collie-Blue heeler mix and was brought to TAP from ESLR as a part of the DIVA collection. She has been spayed already. She is all bathroom trained, and is currently working on her leash training and getting better by the day. Mariah is pretty much the sweetest diva we have around and her friendliness astounds us! She gets along very well with other dogs, doesnt bother the cat and seems like she will do well with kids too once she meets them. She is calm, medium energy and generally happy when meeting new people. She has zero food possessiveness and is so gentle while taking treats! She loves to play with her foster doggie siblings, her toys, and getting belly rubs. Mariah may lose track of things and will need her energies redirected to exercises and energetic activities to control some chewing habits she may have developed as an anxious rescue. Positive reinforcements and redirection to workouts will definitely help her! Mariah would be bring so much happiness to any home where she receives love, patience and training! A multi-dog home or as a single dog, are both good for her. Anybody who'd like an active tail-wagger in their lives would love her!
