About Corky

Please adopt Corky! My mother has dementia and can no longer care for her dog. She has had Corky since he was a baby living on some property in Georgia. He never got house-trained; she used to let him go outside to go do his duties. She walks him three to four times a day now but during the day when he's in the room she keeps a doggy pad down on the floor and he goes potty on it. So he is trained to do his duties if he needs to on a puppy pad. He was always her lap puppy / dog so he would make a wonderful pet for an elderly person or somebody who lives alone that needs to give love and that can give him some attention. He is a protector so if he doesn't know the person coming around his master or owner he will bark and become somewhat aggressive not growling but he will let you know he's there and he will protect. He does not do well with children he never has and can become aggressive running towards them barking and going for the feet. I found this site only because I had him on Craigslist and a lot of people were concerned because I was not charging a fee. So somebody mentioned this website so I want to give it a try, we live in Orange Massachusetts I'm willing to meet halfway after we have a discussion on the phone as to why you're interested in the dog. I do care about where he goes I want him to have a loving home. He is a sweet dog and he gets along well with other animals I'm not too sure about cats because he's really never been around cats. He is up-to-date on all his shot records and everything.
