Roo came to us as 'The Chicken Peck Girl'. She was in a neighborhood where chickens run free, and the people that saw her said that the chickens got to her eyes. This was not the case. She actually just had an upper respiratory infection that made her third eyelids fused to her eyes. We were able to get her surgery to correct that and medication to clear her URI. She is heathy now and is such an awesome girl that loves to lick and kiss! She does have her quirks. She gets very nervous at new surroundings. She has a little bit of anxiety and pants at veterinary clinics and seems to do the same at big large adoption events. We would love to schedule a meet and greet so you can see just how awesome she is. She loves to be held. She gives hugs. She gives little nibbles and kisses and likes to talk to you. She does OK with other cats once she gets to know them but would do best in a household either as a single cat or with one other. She is certainly a human's best friend. She does fine with humans of all ages and has minimal experience with dogs.
