About Fritter

Adoption Fee: $400
Pomeranian
Age: Adult
Sex: Male

Fritter is a very handsome 6-year-old male Pomeranian. He weighs 12 pounds and is so very fluffy! This sweet guy was found as a stray and taken to an area shelter. The staff at the shelter realized he was injured (non-weight bearing on front leg) and contacted our rescue. We had an orthopedic specialist assess his leg and it was determined he had a fracture that did not properly heal, but instead fused to an incorrect bone, which limited his mobility of the joint. We knew we had to fix it so this angel boy could walk again! Unfortunately the damage was too extensive and the surgeon had to amputate his leg. Since the surgery, he has healed wonderfully and is walking great! He enjoys the company of other dogs, is very sweet and snuggly with people, and lounging around on the couch for nap time. He is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped. Fritter is $400 with an approved application. www.recycledpomsbcs.com/adopt We do not ship or transport our dogs. We require all adopters to meet the dog in person to ensure it is a good fit. We represent the dog to the best of our ability and since they are in rescue, we do not always get their history. Please note: We are a non-profit Pomeranian Rescue with dogs in private foster homes. We do not have a facility open to the public. We require an approved application before a potential adopter is introduced to a dog. We contact vet references to ensure animals in the home are current on vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and sterilization. We do not adopt our dogs to homes in which an animal is not spayed or neutered. A home visit may be required. Please visit our website for more information and an adoption application. www.recycledpomsbcs.com
